What we collect. When you create an account, we store your
email address, username, password (encrypted by our auth provider), and anything
you add to your profile: name, bio, school, and profile picture. Posts you create
are stored with their caption, optional link, and image.
How we use it. Your data powers the profile and posts you publish
on Comet. Profile information and posts are public, like a portfolio, so other
users can find and follow you.
What we share. Public profile fields and posts are visible to
other users and visitors, and your email is never shown on your profile.
Your controls. You can edit or remove your profile picture, name,
bio, and school at any time, and delete any of your posts. To delete your account,
contact us and we will remove your data.
Contact. Questions about this policy can be sent to the Comet
team and we will respond as soon as we can.
